Installation of a 9 kWp photovoltaic system on the roof of a detached house. The system was designed with future expansion in mind: the inverter and cable routes were selected to allow the system capacity to be increased easily without reconstruction.
Lightning protection system on a 35 m² modular house
Complete installation of a lightning protection system on a 35 m² modular house. The scope included horizontal and vertical air-termination conductors, down conductors and connection of the system to the earthing arrangement. After completion, measurements were carried out and a test report was prepared to confirm that the system had been installed correctly.
Electrical installation modernisation and conversion to three-phase power — Wańkowicza Street, Koszalin
Modernisation of the electrical installation in a flat in a large-panel apartment block on Wańkowicza Street in Koszalin. The scope included replacing the kitchen wiring, installing additional circuits adapted to the new appliances and replacing the flat's distribution board. We also replaced the internal power supply line to the flat and converted the installation to three-phase power. The work required precise cable routing through exceptionally hard reinforced-concrete walls.
Comprehensive electrical installation modernisation — Spółdzielcza Street, Koszalin
Comprehensive modernisation of the electrical installation in a multi-family residential building on Spółdzielcza Street in Koszalin. The scope included replacement of the internal power supply lines (WLZ), all meter and common-area distribution boxes, the doorbell installation and modernisation of the stairwell lighting. We also installed a fire safety main switch (PWP). After completion, the installation was tested and prepared for safe operation.
Complete replacement of the electrical installation — tenement building in Koszalin
Replacement of the electrical installation in a flat in a tenement building on Pileckiego Street in Koszalin. The scope included new circuits, installation of a distribution board with protective devices and all final electrical fittings. We installed sockets, switches and lighting, including decorative bathroom lighting and a special LED luminaire designed for installation in the shower area.
Modernizacja instalacji elektrycznej + system oddymiania — Przemysłówka Koszalin
Modernizacja instalacji elektrycznej na potrzeby „Przystanku Historia” wraz z wykonaniem oświetlenia awaryjnego i ewakuacyjnego. W ramach realizacji wykonano również system oddymiania dwóch klatek schodowych oparty na centralach AFG, zapewniający automatyczne uruchomienie oddymiania w przypadku pożaru.
Modernizacja instalacji elektrycznej i układów pomiarowych — Agencja Mienia Wojskowego, Kołobrzeg
Rozpoczęliśmy kompleksową modernizację instalacji elektrycznej w czynnym obiekcie Agencji Mienia Wojskowego przy ul. Wschodniej 3 w Kołobrzegu, w którym funkcjonują m.in. przychodnia i apteka. Zakres realizacji obejmuje wymianę i przebudowę wewnętrznych linii zasilających (WLZ), modernizację rozdzielnic i pionów zasilających oraz przebudowę i wyniesienie 16 układów pomiarowych na zewnątrz budynku. W ramach prac powstaną również nowe trasy kablowe i przepusty instalacyjne, uziemienie wraz z GSU oraz zmodernizowana instalacja elektryczna i oświetlenie w części piwnicznej. Ze względu na funkcjonujący obiekt roboty prowadzimy etapowo, z odpowiednią organizacją przełączeń i ograniczeniem przerw w zasilaniu. Realizacja wymaga bieżącej współpracy z Agencją Mienia Wojskowego, inspektorem nadzoru oraz ENERGA-OPERATOR.
Replacement of the main distribution board in a house built in 1906 — Sarbinowo
The first stage of the electrical installation modernisation in a house built in 1906 in Sarbinowo. We removed the old fuse board with cartridge fuses and replaced it with a new main distribution board equipped with modern modular protective devices. Due to the age of the building and the condition of the existing wiring, the work required particular care and the systematic organisation of the existing circuits. The new distribution board was prepared for the next stage of the project: a comprehensive replacement of the entire electrical installation in the building.
