Through the contact form we collect: full name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and your message. Providing data is voluntary.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry or prepare a quote. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract).
4. Retention Period
We retain data for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and thereafter until the limitation period for claims expires or consent is withdrawn.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. Contact us at biuro@volt-lux.pl to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
6. Cookies
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for operation (e.g. remembering theme preferences). With your consent we may also use analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) to analyse traffic and improve our services. You can manage consent via the banner shown on first visit and your browser settings.
7. Analytics and Data Transfer to the USA
If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). The analytics script loads ONLY after your consent — no requests are sent to Google before you opt in. We implement Consent Mode v2 with a default state of "denied" and IP-address anonymization. As part of this service, data may be transferred to the United States. The transfer relies on the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) adequacy decision and, additionally, on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner settings.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Authorised employees of the Contractor have access to data to the extent necessary to perform services. Data may also be shared with technical service providers (hosting, e-mail) under data processing agreements.
